SOME THINGS I’d LIKE YOU to consider

THinking about booking me

Why my Film making style is not for everyone

I like to do things a little….. DIFFERENT. I am aware that my pricing is very COMPETITIVE and that can be very ENCOURAGING to a lot of couples looking for the “cheap” option and UNFORTUNATELY finding a videographer USUALLY comes last in the BUDGETING process. However that being said you should never pick a videographer SOLELY based on price and or budget. Pick who is the person that you think best fits your vision for your wedding day. that being said my style of wedding FILMMAKING is not for everyone and THAT'S okay. When my CLIENTS passion is in for the wedding film so is mine, I always strive to do my best work REGARDLESS of the circumstances.

MY STYLE

STarting off in this industry my films looked just like everyone else. bland - boring - sad Your wedding day is none of those things so why is your wedding film? I like to take a different APPROACH. Fun - Your wedding day is the one of if not the best day of your life your wedding film should reflect that. Fast-Paced - Boring wedding films should be Illegal, this is the video that you will look back on for years to come the last thing you want is to be bored while watching it. Emotional - Even with a fast paced, fun wedding film I dont skip the emotion, I want to take you back to that day, make you REMEMBER how you felt, and those who ATTENDED felt.

that being said I base my films off the couple and the tone of the day I do not have a RECIPE for SUCCESS but I have the tools in my camera bag to make your wedding film and your vision come to life. I never send a film to anyone if I do not ABSOLUTELY love it myself.

FAST-PACED. FUN. Emotional

MUSIC

Music is such an important factor for wedding films it sets the tone for the whole the film. I tend to lean more towards fun, up-beat, ENERGETIC music in all my wedding films. This can be anything from A mix of oldies to new pop and of course the classic hits. UNFORTUNATELY I steer pretty far away from country music, yes it can be emotional and set the mood, however I think most country music does not partically work well for wedding films as it sets the tone a little too emotional in my OPINION and can bring the tone of sadness. THat is not what I want in my clients wedding films.

That being said most of the music I select for my wedding films is a creative choice that I make based on the couple, day, tone and setting. If you do book with me and end up getting a video with a song you hate we can change it.
